OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department to provide general nursing care across the continuum of care in a high-volume setting. The RN delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum qualifications include BLS, an active Ohio RN license (or multi-state compact), and BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Formación

• Active RN license in Ohio and/or a multi-state compact state
• BLS certification required
• BSN required after 5 years of employment

• Assess and diagnose patient needs; develop and implement care plans
• Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to adjust care plans
• Demonstrate leadership in safety, quality, and efficiency of care
