Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio or multi-state compact (if applicable).
• BLS required and maintained.
• BSN preferred/required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act and department policies.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
