Job summary

St. Luke's Health-The Vintage Hospital in Northwest Houston seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and safety. The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, TX RN licensure, 1 year of RN experience, and BLS/ACLS within required timelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience required.
• TX RN licensure required.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient condition and needs.
• Planning: develop and document plan of care, educate patient/family, coordinate discharge needs.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and procedures, ensure safety and report changes.
• Evaluation: reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide thorough bedside report to oncoming shift and ensure continuity of care.
