Day Kimball Health is looking for a Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse to join our Emergency department in Putnam, CT. This role involves overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing leadership to nursing staff.

The Clinical Coordinator will coordinate patient care activities, manage staff, and ensure compliance with policies. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut required.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent within 3 months of hire required.
• At least one year of demonstrated effective leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of quality care through the effective application of the nursing process.
• Stay aware of patients' needs and communicate any changes to relevant team members.
• Delegate tasks fairly based on each team member's capabilities.
• Act as an advocate for both patients and staff.
• Collaborate with the Director to complete performance evaluations.
