Day Kimball Health in Putnam, CT is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) for the Evening Shift (3p-11p) in our Inpatient Behavioral Health unit. The coordinator will lead nursing staff, oversee daily operations, coordinate patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold CT RN licensure, have CPR certification within 3 months of hire, and preferably hold a BSN with at least one year

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Connecticut RN license required.
• CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider) required within 3 months of hire.
• BSN in Nursing or related field preferred.
• At least one year of demonstrated leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff to facilitate quality care.
• Coordinate patient care activities and manage clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.
