HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and support staff to assess, treat and educate patients, while maintaining meticulous documentation and patient safety at every step.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS, ENPC, and critical care certifications required within defined timelines.
• RN license and an associate degree are required for practice.
• 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting is required.
• Experience coordinating care with medical providers and care teams is expected.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ED.
• Assess pain regularly and manage pain with timely reassessment.
• Perform procedures, document care in the medical record promptly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications and follow-up.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
