HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. The RN coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, following state standards and our nursing model.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 1 year applicable experience required.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborates with providers and care team to ensure outcomes.
- Documents care in the patient record in a timely, thorough manner.
- Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs.
- Teaches patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
