HCA Healthcare—Emergency Department is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within the fast-paced hospital setting in Nashville, TN. The RN will collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement the care plan, document interventions, and ensure compassionate patient interactions.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license and a BSN or ADN, with 5+ years of ER nursing experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of ER nursing experience required.
• RN license active and in good standing.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN/ADN).

Responsabilidades

• Assess and manage patient pain, with timely reassessments.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and care as ordered by providers; document in medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and anticipate care gaps.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care; translate medical terms for understanding.
• Educate on non-medicinal follow-up measures, health promotion, and self-management.
