Qualifications

• Experience in hospital registration or equivalent clerical work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Register patients at bedside and collect demographic, medical, and insurance details.
• Enter information into computer records with accuracy and urgency assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of patient flow as needed.
• Operate office equipment (computer, fax, copier, telephone) efficiently.
