Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: medical health insurance knowledge, medical terminology and Revenue Cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates the revenue cycle process for all services in the emergency department setting.
• Secures complete information to accurately create and complete patient registration, eligibility verification, and insurance requirements; reviews admissions, observations and surgical day care visits.
