Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately in hospital/ED settings (in person, by phone, or virtually).
• Verify patient demographics, collect insurance data, and create or verify accounts.
• Obtain signatures, provide required forms, and collect co-pays as indicated.
• Ensure patient safety via positive patient identification protocols.
• Assist with self-registration and navigate the registration process for patients.
• Walk to patients throughout the ED/hospital as needed and adhere to QA standards.
