Responsibilities

• Patient intake, such as greeting and check‑in patients/verifying/updating patient demographics
• Assist patients with filling out consent forms
• Receive and process cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered
• Initiate calls, pages, and triage phone calls. Assists in admissions, discharges, transfers and fulfills other customer service or clerical duties
