Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum of customer service skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification or provided within 30 days of hire.
• M.A.B. certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Interview incoming patients to obtain admission data and produce a complete admission record.
• Collect deposits or payments and discuss financial responsibility with patients.
• Direct patients and guests to proper destinations and coordinate with nursing units.
• Answer inquiries related to admissions and maintain HIPAA compliant patient information.
• Maintain patient records timely and ensure proper paperwork is sent to the correct destination.
