Job summary

Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona, seeks experienced ED Registered Nurses to join a busy 68-bed Level III Trauma Center. The department is certified for stroke, chest pain, hip fracture, and pediatric care, with a wide acuity range and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

The role offers full-time, three 12-hour shifts, night differential of 18%, weekend differential of $3/hour when applicable, and opportunities for ED Academy training, PALS, TNCC, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan of care.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities with the health care team.
• Document assessment, plan, implementation and patient response.
• Evaluate progress and adjust the care plan as needed.
