Under the Unit Director, you will oversee human and material resources, drive performance, and support in fiscal responsibilities while delivering high-quality patient care within NH regulations.

Qualificações

• BSN from an accredited college.
• NH RN licensure required; BLS certification.
• 3+ years acute care nursing experience; supervisory/leadership preferred.
• Department specialty certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees clinical nursing care, ensuring compliance with standards of care and practice.
• Manages patient care and transitions across the continuum.
• Recruits, retains, evaluates and develops staff.
• Manages departmental core processes.
• Plans, administers, and accounts for resources to effectuate care and services.
• Monitors, evaluates and improves quality of care and services.
• Fosters respectful, professional, compassionate service and strong relationships.
• Leads department and interdepartmental teams.
• Supports departmental and organizational change.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
