Qualifications

• Graduate from a School of Nursing; BSN preferred and encouraged for ongoing growth.
• Five years of experience in the clinical area relevant to the unit/service patient population; strong leadership and patient care quality emphasis.
• Current NYS RN license and BLS certification required; CNOR preferred.
• Ability to lift/move patients safely; able to work under stress; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and participate in 24-hour unit coverage.
