Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in nursing, MA RN licensure, and leadership experience, with a focus on patient flow, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or management experience required.
• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience and at least one year in a preceptor/resource role.
• Demonstrates leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise assigned personnel including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training.
• Develop and manage budgets for the areas you oversee.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies.
• Promote quality improvement and standard nursing practices across shifts.
• Foster teamwork, and coordinate patient flow and care delivery in the Emergency Department.
