Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in closely related field required.
• 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring efficient patient flow and quality care.
• Supervises nursing and support staff, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Collaborates with leadership to achieve quality, safety, and performance goals.
• Coordinates patient throughput and bed management with physicians and departments.
• Responds to emergencies and staffing issues with sound judgment and leadership.
