Qualifications

• RN license in the US with state licensure or compact licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in a closely related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily ED operations, patient flow, and care delivery.
• Supervises nursing and support staff to standards.
• Collaborates with Director and teams to achieve quality and safety goals.
• Coordinates patient throughput and bed management with leadership.
• Responds promptly to emergencies or staffing issues.
