Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in New Jersey seeks an ED Flow Manager to optimize patient flow in the Emergency Department. You will delegate care to ED teams, assign patients, and balance workload to ensure high-quality, efficient care under the Clinical Director's direction.

The role requires RN licensure, 2+ years in an ED, and at least 1 year of leadership experience, with NLN-accredited nursing education. NJ- RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS; ATCN/TNCC preferred or expected within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical RN experience in an Emergency Department.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Active New Jersey RN license required (BLS/ACLS/PALS).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate flow through the ED and delegate patient care to ED teams.
• Assign patients and balance workload to ensure timely, quality care.
• Coordinate interdepartmental and ancillary activities under Clinical Director guidance.
• Lead the patient care team to meet departmental objectives.
