Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• BSN is required; registration will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in emergency care settings.
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate interventions as needed.
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, trauma teams, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
