Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• Experience operating a PC and using software applications.
• Preferred knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, registers, and admits patients at bedside and verifies insurance information.
• Identifies financial responsibilities, creates estimates, and collects payments.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains confidentiality while communicating with patients and staff.
• Maintains accurate registration into electronic health records and supports after-hours coverage.
