Qualifications

• Must obtain IDACS/NCIC certification and access.
• Not have had a law enforcement officer license denied or revoked.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a critical communication link between IU Health Public Safety and guests and team members.
• Handles incoming emergency and administrative calls; triages and coordinates responses.
• Uses proper radio procedures and enters accurate data into CAD and other systems.
• Maintains required certifications and completes annual training.
• Provides general administrative support as needed.
