Works independently in a high-stress environment while receiving and evaluating incoming emergency and administrative calls for service. Triages requests for service, provides guidance and assistance, and coordinates appropriate responses. Utilizes proper radio communication. Enters and maintains accurate computer records in various programs, including a Computer Aided Dispatch System. Completes all annual training and certification requirements. Assists with various administrative duties as necessary.
