Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating a telephone switchboard or similar communications console.
• Familiar with radio communication systems and paging procedures.

• Experience with emergency notification systems and basic IT software.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and operate radio, paging equipment, and computers.
• Type quickly and accurately.
• Follow protocols based on situations; assess door access when needed.
• Maintain visitor logs and shift handoff records.
• Work independently and manage irregular hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
