Constellis is seeking a dispatcher to monitor federal protection services, manage radio traffic, and coordinate emergency responses across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires rapid decision-making, strict log maintenance, and proficiency with MS Office in a high-stress environment.

You will handle radio and phone communications, support law enforcement coordination, and ensure accurate documentation of all events and alarms.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and phone skills.
Ability to work under stress and respond to emergency communications.
Typing approximately 30 WPM without error.

Responsibilities

Monitor Federal Protection Services and radio traffic while coordinating responses.
Communicate audio messages via radio and telephone.
Coordinate law enforcement and public safety personnel activities.
Transfer public safety information.
Answer questions and update client records.
Think quickly and calmly in emergencies.
Log all calls with required details.
Maintain additional logs for accurate records.
Operate multi-channel dispatch equipment.
Access Federal, State, and local databases and ensure compliance.
Assist in training dispatcher trainees.
Routinely test alarms and communications systems.
Monitor CCTV cameras and dispatch for other locations if needed.
