Job summary

West Chester Township Emergency Communications Department is seeking a Communications Officer (Dispatcher) to process calls and dispatch Police, Fire and EMS using CAD technology. You must handle high-stress situations calmly while communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing, to assist the public and coworkers.

Responsibilities include rotating shifts, nights, holidays and weekends. Experience in communications/911 dispatch is preferred and the position pays $28.20 per hour, with
