• CritiCall Dispatcher test passing score or P.O.S.T. Dispatcher Test with T-score 50+ within one year.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and determine priority.
• Enter information into the CAD system accurately.
• Coordinate dispatch of emergency units per policy.
• Maintain radio contact and monitor field units.
• Maintain records and logs of incidents.
