Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CAD and MARCS radios to receive and dispatch calls.
• Enter information in CAD and dispatch personnel, relay messages to officers and emergency services.
• Monitor radio communications and log calls; maintain databases and provide information as needed.
• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors; handle lost and found items.
