Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer 911 and non-emergency calls and determine needed response.
• Dispatch law enforcement, fire, and EMS units and monitor radio traffic.
• Access state and federal databases for information as needed by officers.
• Enter and relay accurate information to responders and records systems.
• Maintain records of radio traffic and communications.
