Qualifications

• Background check by DOJ is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch officers by radio to emergencies and police responses.
• Answer multiple phone lines and manage CAD/alarms concurrently.
• Monitor alarms, access control, and video feeds on campus.
• Maintain records of calls and police/patrol activities.
• Coordinate with police, fire, and ambulance responders.
• Operate CAD systems and generate required reports.
• Initiate Emergency Notification System during incidents and monitor conditions during crises.
• Adhere to internal controls within the department.
