Qualifications

• 1 year in customer service or related field
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and coordinate emergency response

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls for service, record information, and request police/security services
• Dispatch field personnel according to need and priority of the request
• Transmit and receive radio calls between field units
• Maintain effective communications between field units and neighboring agencies
• Use CAD to enter, research, and retrieve information
• Monitor alarms and access control systems
• Follow instructions and handle multiple tasks during emergencies
