ProMedica’s Monroe Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Day shift. The RN will coordinate each patient’s plan of care, assess and diagnose nursing needs, and collaborate with the care team to implement and evaluate interventions. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and respectful communication across the team.

Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, and unit-specific specialty certifications. A BSN is preferred.

Qualificações

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR training
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units
• Ohio licensure notes require 24 contact hours of continuing education during licensure period (Chapter 4723)

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient care plan with patient, family, and health care team.
• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve care goals and improve patient outcomes
