Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse (Ohio).
• Current CPR training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis and plan.

• Plan, implement and evaluate the care plan for each patient.
• Interact with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
