Job summary

ProMedica Bay Park Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Center on a part-time weekend rotation. Location: Bay Park Hospital; Weekly Hours: 24; Shift: Weekends.

You will coordinate patient care, collaborate with the health care team, and advocate for patients and families as you implement and evaluate care plans. The RN must have an active state license, CPR certification, and meet unit-specific specialty requirements; Ohio continuing education hours are required

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
• The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; at least 1 hour related to Chapter 4723.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care as the primary nurse for plan of care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
