Job summary

ADT Security Services in Florida is seeking an in-office Alarm Monitoring Operator to respond to alarm activity, verify signals, and dispatch police or fire when required. You will handle incoming calls and support the team while meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Weekend/shift work and potential overtime are possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Must be able to work in an in-office environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Answer, respond to, and follow up on alarm activity.
• Verify, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Work under close supervision during the first 30 days.
