ADT is seeking a Monitoring Representative I for an onsite role at 2210 Landmark Place, Manasquan, NJ 08736. You will respond to alarm activity, dispatch responders, and maintain customer accounts while working with a dynamic team.

The position requires weekend, holiday, and shift work with potential overtime; high attention to accuracy, strong communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office are important.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies, responds to, and dispatches on emergency signals.
• Answers incoming calls.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and SOPs.
• Work weekends, holidays and shift work; overtime may be required.
• Notifies customers and responders as needed; updates customer accounts.
