• Confirm incident location and caller’s callback information.
• Identify nature and urgency of the situation using approved questions.
• Enter accurate details into dispatch software.
• Forward incident information to the appropriate dispatch function.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions only within training and certification.
• Follow established procedures and complete required screenings.
