Job summary

Alloy Enterprises seeks a seasoned Operations leader to own and drive systemic excellence for its Systems business in the EMEA domain. The role emphasizes standardizing tools, processes and reports, while partnering with regional leaders to deliver revenue growth, margins expansion and risk mitigation.

You will manage end-to-end improvement initiatives, track KPIs, and push a data-driven culture across multiple countries, ensuring safe and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in leadership and operations management.
• Certified Six Sigma / Lean practitioner preferred.
• Engineering degree required.
• Proven project management skills and change management experience.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Performance-driven with focus on continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with data analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• AI-enabled operational insight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive operational excellence for the Systems business across the region.
• Define, deploy and standardize tools, processes, and reports to improve revenue growth and margins.
• Lead improvement programs, risk management, and backlog/installation excellence initiatives.
• Track KPIs, identify trends and drive action plans across multiple countries/ops leaders.
• Collaborate with service, finance, procurement and other departments to execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance and standard work rigour across Projects and Backlog.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture focused on safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Lead lessons learned and disseminate best practices across the region.
• Drive data analytics self-service and process automation for faster decisions.
