Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years in process improvement, operations, or enablement with 2+ years leading people or projects.
• Hands-on optimization of cross-functional processes with quantified results.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent with completed projects.
• Experience leading regional workstreams in transformation or system programs.
• Proven ability to partner with IT or business systems on requirements and adoption.
• Experience developing or overseeing training and enablement programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence across the Americas Portable business and cross-functional handoffs.
• Map, document, and standardize end-to-end processes with ownership, governance, metrics.
• Build and manage a regional improvement roadmap aligning process, data, and systems.
• Prioritize the improvement pipeline against capacity and value.
• Translate pain points into requirements for IT and business systems teams.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and structured problem‑solving projects end-to-end.
• Assess automation opportunities to improve performance and reduce workarounds.
• Close loop with user feedback and apply lessons learned to the pipeline.
• Align with global standards and localize as needed for Americas.
• Coach managers and teams on improvement methods to build capability.
