Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Customer Operations Manager, EMEA to lead regional customer service, order management, and supply chain collaboration across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role partners with Sales, Finance, and Regulatory teams to optimize end-to-end order-to-cash processes from demand to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certification in SCM or operations preferred.
• 10+ years in customer operations or order management across EMEA.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-country teams across EMEA.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERPs (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Operations across the EMEA region and ensure consistent service.
• Develop regional customer service and order management teams.
• Drive talent development and succession planning.
• Improve order-to-cash processes and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Finance on credit management and collections.
• Support forecasting, inventory management with customers.
