Qualifications

• 10+ years in social media, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of people leadership and team development experience.
• Agency-side experience required with large social-first brands preferred.
• Deep expertise in influencer/creator marketing with budget ownership.
• Experience managing creator platforms, measurement tools, and partnerships.
• Proven ability to scale branded social content and tie to business impact.
• Experience leading programs across EMEA markets is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA social strategy, editorial calendar, and channel approach across major platforms.
• Lead and develop a regional team spanning content, community, and channel operations.
• Manage creator and influencer marketing investments, partnerships, and tools.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, commerce, PR, and marketing teams on full-funnel campaigns.
• Drive creator-powered content programs to improve awareness, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
• Establish measurement frameworks and translate insights into recommendations.
• Lead regional social listening, reputation monitoring, and crisis-response coordination.
• Advance operating workstreams and optimize influencer performance.
• Define collaboration models with adjacent teams to protect social expertise.
• Present regional performance and investment needs to senior leadership.
