Decagon, a leading conversational AI platform, seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to scale paid social programs internationally with initial focus on EMEA. Own end-to-end paid social including LinkedIn, Meta, X, and emerging platforms, and partner with EMEA sales to align budget with pipeline.

The role combines demand-gen work with ABM, landing pages, and email, in a fast-paced startup setting. You have 5+ years in performance marketing with paid social, managed six-figure+ monthly budgets,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with paid social specialization.
• Managed six-figure+ monthly budgets and allocated across campaigns.
• Analytical and comfortable owning attribution tying spend to pipeline.
• Experience working with regional sales teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social end-to-end: LinkedIn, Meta, X, emerging platforms; manage budgeting and reporting.
• Scale spend into EMEA, adapting targeting, creative, and pacing to local markets.
• Align spend with sales opportunity by market and segment.
• Build an attribution story connecting spend to pipeline and revenue.
• Run structured experiments across creative/audiences/channels and codify playbooks.
• Flex into adjacent demand gen (ABM, landing pages, email) as needed.
