Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a creative, strategic Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day social presence for a consumer brand. You will develop engaging content strategies, manage channels, nurture online communities, and collaborate with marketing teams to grow brand awareness and engagement.

You’ll partner with Content Creators, Influencer Marketing, Creative, and Performance Marketing to execute impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, agency, or media company.
• Deep understanding of major social platforms and current best practices.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for creative content.
• Experience collaborating on photo and video production, including short-form content for Reels and TikTok.
• Proven ability to grow social audiences and increase engagement through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the social media strategy for the assigned brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar balancing storytelling, product promotion, community engagement, and trends.
• Partner with Content Creators to plan, brief, and produce photo and video content.
• Write engaging social copy for posts, captions, Stories, and short-form video.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing to align creator content with campaigns.
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.
• Support product launches, campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and other marketing moments.
• Work with Performance Marketing to amplify high-performing organic content through paid social.
