Databricks is seeking a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to lead Go-To-Market recruitment across EMEA for Field Engineering roles. This 12-month fixed-term position focuses on building talent pipelines, running intake sessions with leaders, and using data to drive hiring plans.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, mentor teammates, and ensure a positive candidate experience while advancing diversity and inclusion across multiple markets.

Formación

• Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market professionals in software.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data.
• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets.
• Proven success in scaling high-growth software/Data/AI companies.
• Mentor and share recruiting knowledge across teams.
• In-house recruitment background, SaaS focus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage go-to-market talent pipelines for Field Engineering across EMEA.
• Run intake and calibration with Field Engineering leaders.
• Develop data-driven hiring strategies and closing approaches.
• Forecast workforce needs and inform leadership.
• Ensure positive interview experience and track diversity metrics.
• Partner with leadership to design roles and manage seniority.
