Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Field Engineering and GTM roles across multiple EMEA markets.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
• Proven track record of engaging both active and passive candidates for SaaS software/Data/AI spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-cycle recruiting strategies for Field Engineering in EMEA.
• Build and manage engaged talent pipelines for roles across Field Engineering.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions with Field Engineering leaders across regions.
• Provide market data to set expectations and inform role design and seniority.
• Ensure a positive interview experience and promote diversity and inclusion.
