• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data rather than opinions.
• Proven track record in scaling a high-growth software/Data/AI company.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge to meet hiring needs within Field Engineering and develop full-cycle strategies.
• Build engaged talent pipelines for Field Engineering roles across EMEA.
• Act as trusted advisor to Field Engineering leaders across EMEA; run intake and calibration sessions.
• Lead workforce planning decisions using data and market benchmarks.
• Enhance interview experience and analyze data to improve offering and diversity.
