Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking an SAP Services Director – EMEA to lead revenue across SAP Support (L4), AMS, and Consulting offerings.

This senior leader will own the regional operating plan for invoicing, including renewals and new client invoicing, reporting to GVP & Global GM, SAP Services. The role will drive go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and cross-functional alignment with delivery and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on SAP services.
• Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar global revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of SAP Support, AMS, and Consulting business models.
• Experience managing global teams and driving cross-regional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Leadership: Own and deliver the EMEA SAP Services revenue target, including renewals and new client acquisition across L4, AMS, and Consult offerings.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and expand EMEA market share in SAP Services.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with regional teams, Sales Leadership, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure cohesive execution and customer success.
• Renewals Management: Oversee SAP Support renewals performance in EMEA, ensuring high retention rates and proactive engagement with existing clients.
• New Business Growth: Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across SAP Support, AMS, and Consulting services in the region.
• Forecasting & Performance Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking aligned to the Operating Plan.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of SAP ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs in EMEA to inform strategic decisions and product positioning.
