Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a senior executive to lead global revenue for ORACLE Services, including Oracle Support, AMS, and Consulting. The role reports to the CRO and can be located anywhere in the US, with preferred proximity to an Rimini Street office.

This position requires extensive travel across NAMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to drive growth, renewals, and new client invoicing while aligning with sales, marketing, and delivery teams. MBA preferred and 20+ years of experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding global revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Support, AMS, and Consulting business models.
• Experience leading global teams and driving cross-regional alignment.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the global ORACLE Services revenue target, including renewals and new client acquisition across L4, AMS, and Consult offerings.
• Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and deal velocity.
• Partner with regional GMs, Sales Leadership, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery to ensure cohesive execution.
• Oversee global ORACLE Support renewals performance and proactive client engagement.
• Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across ORACLE services.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking.
