Job summary

IonQ is seeking a Partner Lead, EMEA to develop lighthouse channel and reseller partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will build deep relationships with resellers, distributors, systems integrators and telecom partners to drive adoption of IonQ’s frontier technology portfolio.

The role reports to the SVP, Global Partner Ecosystem and collaborates with regional sales, global alliance leads, and program teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in regional channel sales or strategic partner management.
• Strong regional market knowledge and ability to activate local teams of global partners.
• Languages and relationships in priority markets across EMEA.
• Proven track record of developing focused, deep partnerships and co-selling early customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise markets and lighthouse partners based on customer access and capacity.
• Origin and progress quantum opportunities with local hyperscalers and advisory practices.
• Lead joint pursuits, establish regional cadence and drive forecasted outcomes.
• Build local partner plans with customers, resources, and milestones and ensure scalable expansion.
